The short plans are handy for a trial, but they're the most expensive way to use Candy for a year.
What Premium Includes
From Candy's subscription page: creating your own AI companion, unlimited text messages, image and video generation, its "Live Action" feature, and 100 tokens a month. Tokens are credited on your renewal date.
What Tokens Are For
Chatting doesn't use tokens. Tokens pay for extras such as generated images and video, voice features and paid content packs. Once your monthly tokens are used, you'll be asked to buy more if you want those features; chat stays available. Candy also describes a higher tier, Premium Plus, with 330 tokens a month, but its price wasn't shown on the page we checked.
The Free Tier
Candy's terms say free users can generally send a maximum of 5 messages before a subscription is needed. Treat it as a quick look, not a trial.
Cancelling
Go to Settings / Unsubscribe in your account. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period and won't renew. Two things to know from Candy's terms:
- Tokens expire. Any tokens left when your subscription ends are lost and don't carry over if you resubscribe.
- Refunds end access. If a payment is refunded, the subscription is cancelled immediately and remaining tokens are removed.
Safety and Content Rules
- Candy's terms say it may ask users to verify or re-verify that they're adults.
- Its blocked-content policy prohibits trying to generate content resembling minors and says known abuse material is reported to NCMEC.
- Its terms advise users not to share sensitive personal information with AI characters.
- The service is operated by EverAI Limited, a company registered in Malta.
